 Drink it directly and it will taste mellow. It is tea ceremony grade. You can also make matcha latte. It will have a strong matcha flavor after mixing with milk. It is also OK to use it for baking, but the cost will be higher.

This is Aoi Seicha's highest grade of Usucha. It is recommended for those who seek a higher quality matcha with less bitterness and an even harmony of flavor, sweetness, and fragrance. It can also be used as Koicha (thick tea) since it contains the highest percentage of superior tea leaves among Usucha.
