Drink it directly and it will taste mellow. It is tea ceremony grade. You can also make matcha latte. It will have a strong matcha flavor after mixing with milk. It is also OK to use it for baking, but the cost will be higher.

Hand-picked young sprouts and high-quality Tencha (powdered green tea) are selected from the Tencha production areas in Kyoto Prefecture. This matcha is characterized by a moderate astringency and a mild flavor that spreads deep into the tea. We recommend drinking it with thin tea.
