 Drink it directly and it will taste mellow. It is tea ceremony grade. You can also make matcha latte. It will have a strong matcha flavor after mixing with milk. It is also OK to use it for baking, but the cost will be higher.

We received an inscription from Daitokuji Temple in Murasaki, Kyoto.

The tea is named after "Ansho," a vassal of the Tokugawa family known as "Honda Tadakatsu," who has a connection with Aoi Seicha. It is a highly honored matcha with less astringency and a uniform harmony of fresh taste and sweetness.
